BUILD A SHAPE AND RELATE
Build a shape such as a bowl or sphere and relate that shape to the things you do with it and what it is used for. (i.e. You eat with a bowl, a ball is a sphere, you throw with a ball, etc.).
HAND MOVEMENTS AND THERAPY
Build an IKOS sphere while working on hand grip and coordination. Utilize a level service to play with the IKOS sphere multi-directionally. Let us know your favorite exercises!

Stand on an uneven surface holding the IKOS sphere with both hands and arms outstretched. Do various exercises such as squats or one-leg stands. What’s your favorite?
